ELABORATION: Wine made exclusively on the property “Les Torres”, of our property. Varieties grown on a semi-deep, clayey-calcareous soil with a good mineral composition, have a minimum age of 17 and 20 years.
The grapes are harvested separately and manually at their optimum ripeness and health status. It is quickly transferred to the winery in 1000 kg hoppers. Once destemmed, it is fermented at a maximum temperature of 22º C and macerated between 12 and 15 depending on the variety. It is transferred and then malolactic fermentation begins. Once it is finished, it is blended and left to stand in the tanks until it is bottled slightly.
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby red, intense aroma of red fruits and cherry cherry marks the maturity of the grapes. In the mouth it is intense, powerful, well structured and with a slight tannicity due to its youth. Aftertaste silky and very long.
